... 'tis here is my 'value-study' for the alternate cover for "Star Wars" #1 (Gabe Eltaeb did the final colors on it)… I was purposely doing my poor-man's version of the classic Drew Struzan "floating-heads" composition! heheh... I don't think I've ever used this kinda' composition before, but it almost feels like a rite-of-passage when doing Star Wars related work!
