this evil Bastard here is another one of those designs that I am not quite sure what it was done for... at the time we were working on different ideas for "Green Lantern" game or movie stuff.... sometimes Jim (Lee) would ask us to come up with a version of certain characters to see if something 'clicked'... this might have been done for one of those sessions.... I thought it'd be kinda cool if Sinestro looked a bit like an amphibian race, with gill-type detailing on his face and a war tattoo that would glow when the ring gets used etc etc.
