... just did this for a good friend back in El Paso TX. and a Horror convention there he helps organize.... The show's name is well: FrankN'Con, so I knew I had to do a Frankenstein, BUT since my friend Joe has usually rocked a Pompadour since pretty much high-school, I thought I'd make this a 'Greaser Frankenstein' in Joe's honor ...I know there's a story there somewhere! heheh.
... colorwise, I wanted it to be a very obvious riff on Basil Gogo's crazy palette, I also wanted to do something that felt a bit more 'painterly', so I was happy with the way it turned out!
and thank you Mr Wilkins for your 'soundboardingness'... and yes, that's a word!
