DCO.MMO.SuicideSlums

I figure I haven't posted environmental-design in a while, so might as well mix it up a bit!

I did this waaaay way in the early days of the DCO MMO, and although I drew the shot and designed the deco-buildings etc, the color credit HAS to go to my good friend and AMAZING friggin' painter Scott Iwahashi!

.... during the early days of the MMO, I will be the first to admit that my 'color' skills where... let's say, GREEEEEEEN!!! heheh, so I learned a TON from Scott.... that guy is a beast at understanding temperature and value contrast... keeping lighting realistic and dramatic... ALL the kinds of things I never really had to focus on, being primarily a 'black and white' artist before this!

So Scott, thank you very very very much for being my own Mr. Miyagi when it came to showing me the "Magicness" of colors (and yes, that's a word!!!)
