DCO.MMO.Braniac Mech

I did this design for the DCO MMO, and it got built and used at quite a few of the demos SONY had of the game at conventions... when the game came out, a lot of Braniac's stuff got redesigned and got more ..umhhhh... 'Gears of War-ish', which was pretty cool too, but when I had initially designed all the Braniac-related stuff I was riffing on something more 60's slick-silhouettes with a DEFINITE touch of War of the Worlds!

I was a bit bummed that this 'look' didn't quite make it to the final game, but it was pretty cool having seen it at a number of the demos.... eventually, this was shrunken down and used more as a smaller drone... originally, this thing was HUUUUUUUGE, again, more like the size of the War of the Worlds ships.
